Shipping & Returns
Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order.
Please note that we only deliver to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We may block postcodes at our discretion for security purposes, we will advise you of this when entering your postcode into your account.
We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size of the order. For more information on delivery arrangements please email paulapascual@icloud.com.com
Whilst Paula Pascual makes considerable effort to deliver all your products within the time periods agreed we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time.
In the event that postal services are unable to be accessed for reasons beyond our control (i.e Act of God) then parcels will be dispatched at the next available opportunity. Refunds will not be provided for items which have already progressed into and past ‘processing’.
Return and refund policy
If you change your mind about your order within 10 days of ordering then you will be able to cancel your order and require a full refund. To do so email paulapascual@icloud.com.com.
Orders which have progressed into, and past ‘processing’ status cannot be cancelled or refunded. This applies also to orders which are on hold or have had information requested.
Paula Pascual does its best to ensure all orders are made to your complete satisfaction. However, if your order is faulty, you may return the item and receive a replacement or refund. Refunds and replacements will not be issued until the faulty item has been received by Paula Pascual and agreed that they are indeed faulty.
